1. User Accounts

• Account Creation: You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One Account Per User: You may not create or use more than one account.

2. Virtual Items: Credits and Cards

• License, Not Ownership: The digital trading cards ("Cards"), in-app currency ("Credits"), and other virtual items ("Virtual Items") are licensed to you, not sold. You do not own the Virtual Items. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them within the App.
• No Monetary Value: Virtual Items do not have an equivalent value in real currency and do not act as a substitute for real currency. They cannot be redeemed for cash, merchandise, or any other item of monetary value from us or any other party.
• Purchases & Earning: You may purchase a license to use Credits for real money or earn them through gameplay. All purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Trading: The App allows you to trade Virtual Items with other users. We are not responsible for any trades you make and will not reverse any trades. You are responsible for ensuring you are happy with a trade before confirming it.
• Modification and Revocation: We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to manage, modify, or eliminate Virtual Items at any time, with or without notice. We shall have no liability to you or any third party if we exercise such rights.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to do any of the following:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the App.
• Harass, threaten, or defame any other user.
• Attempt to sell, trade, or transfer your account or any Virtual Items for real money or outside of the App's official trading features.
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
• Disrupt or otherwise adversely affect the normal flow of gameplay or act in a manner that may negatively affect other users' experience.

4. Payments and Purchases

All payments for Virtual Items are processed through a third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your payment card information. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of our payment processor. All sales are final and non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App and your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App and any associated Virtual Items will immediately cease.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties of any kind. In no event shall Beattopia Decks be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
